Acceptable Use​

When using the Nebul inference-api, you agree to:

  • Not generate harmful content — Including malware, spam, or content that promotes violence
  • Not attempt to extract training data — Model extraction attacks are prohibited
  • Not circumvent rate limits — Automated systems designed to bypass limits are not allowed
  • Not resell API access — Unless explicitly authorized under an enterprise agreement

API Usage​

  • API keys are non-transferable and tied to your account
  • You are responsible for securing your API keys
  • Usage is billed according to your plan's pricing
  • We reserve the right to suspend access for abuse

Data Ownership​

  • You retain ownership of all data you send through the API
  • Model outputs are yours to use as permitted by your agreement
  • We do not claim rights to your inputs or outputs

Service Availability​

  • We target high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
  • Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance
  • Check our status page for real-time availability

Changes to Terms​

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use of the API constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
