When you raise a ticket with Nebul, you reach a team of engineers who know the platform inside out - the same people who design, build, and operate it. No hand-offs through layers of generic triage. Your issue goes straight to someone with the context and access to resolve it.
Support is structured around three plans - Basic, Tech, and Relentless - each matched to a different level of operational need. All registered customers have access to the portal from day one. Extended hours, direct Slack access, and a named Technical Account Manager are available on higher tiers.
