Storage — Service Terms

These Service Terms are an integral part of the NeoCloud Master Agreement and define the specific terms for the Storage services.
1. Service Description
NeoCloud provides storage services via NetApp ONTAP infrastructure, offering both object storage and block/file storage.
S3-Compatible Object Storage
- S3 API-compatible object storage via NetApp ONTAP
- Object versioning support
- S3 Object Lock (WORM) support
- Encryption at rest via NetApp NVE (XTS-AES-257)
NFS Block Storage
- Trident-provisioned persistent volumes
- Extreme performance tier: 50,000 IOPS / 1.53 GB/s per volume
- NVMe-over-TCP connectivity
2. Pricing Dimensions

3. Customer Responsibilities
- Managing S3 bucket contents and lifecycle policies
- Monitoring storage consumption
4. Limitations
- Bucket policies and access controls are managed by the Cloud Services team via Terraform (not directly exposed)
- Bring-your-own encryption keys are not supported
- Presigned URLs are not supported in the current infrastructure
